Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition.  If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there.  Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.

You can select the Live Tax Advice button on the top left of the screen.

There may be an additional charge, but you will be able to 

  • You can speak with an expert that can view your screen and give advice
  • Complete a final review before you file
  • Have access to tax experts all year.

Otherwise, if you have a specific question you can post it to this forum.
