need help filing 2018 taxes

The current online product can only be used to file a 2019 tax return. You must buy and download and install on your computer the download version to do a 2018 tax return. Here is a link to buy it: https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A prior year tax return must be printed and mailed. It can't be efiled.
