You can find your state refund amount by following the steps below:
  1. Sign into your Online account
  2. Go to My TurboTax at the top
  3. Then go to My Tax Timeline

You should then see your State refund reflected on the page.

This service sucks I've asked 20 times for the exact total amount on my state tax and explained how it just sends me everywhere except to my 2016 return am out after being overcharged for services didn't receive
