You folks really don't have much of a concept of customer support do you? It appears I was billed twice for TurboTax last year because I got a CD that couldn't use and then paid again for a download. As far as I can tell that's what you plan to do this year as well. All I need is a download as I don't have a CD reader on my computer. What do I need to do to insure I get a download and not a CD? ls there a single human there who can help me?

Are you signed up for the Advantage auto renew plan? Then you get both the CD and download. Otherwise when you order you select CD or download. In fact the default is for the Download. You have to find the little button to ask for a CD. So it's harder to get a CD.
Maybe you can get a refund. Or you should have called and they would have pushed the download to you.

If you are ordering from the current Desktop product page (currently to pre-order) you either select your system to get a download OR select the CD in the small link at the bottom. Don't know how you got a CD last year. See screen shot
