NC set return Rejected with no code only wierd words

I filed Feb 12. My federal was excepted but my state was rejected. I tried to fix it but it only showed a wierd error  ‘Incarcerated_Wages_ALL, details are not available’ and I’ve never been incarcerated.  Can’t find anything or anywhere to correct this error. I can’t find the error listed anywhere. I deleted and refilled today but it was once again rejected. Why and what can I do?  I may be a teacher but that not really a state of incarceration.  Thanks for any help

It's possible that a misplaced entry at a particular spot during the federal portion of the TurboTax interview caused this.

To check, go back into TurboTax Online and :

1. If you don’t see 2022 TAXES in the left pane, select the dropdown to the right of Income & Expenses on the Hi, let’s keep working on your taxes! page and then select Work on other income 
   • Otherwise, in the left pane, select Wages & Income
2. Scroll down and select Edit/Add to the right of Job (W-2)
3. On the Your W-2 info so far page, select Edit to the right of the first W-2 listed
4. Page through the screens for this W-2 until you get to the Let's check for uncommon situations screen
5. If the  Inmate or lived in a halfway house box was checked, uncheck it.  Select any relevant boxes on the screen, or None of these apply to me, if appropriate, then select Continue
6. Continue through the screens of this W-2 until you're back to the Your W-2 so far page
7. Use the same procedure to check any other W-2s for the Inmate or lived in halfway house checkbox

If this doesn't remedy the situation, please post back.
