NC Filing Fee

I completed my Grandson's Taxes.  He lives at a different address from mine.  When I went to check out and pay the $20 N.C. Filing Fee the program would not take my payment.  I tried my American Express Card and my Mastercard...both of which have an ample credit line. Could the fact that my Grandson's address listed in his profile is different from mine which is listed in the credit card information be the cause of this issue?  I saw in 2019 that it was.  If Turbo Tax has not been able to fix this issue after 2 years...I will use another program next year as this is absolutely negligent on their part. Since you can submit 5 returns on the program and I PAY FOR THAT PRIVILEDGE...it only makes since that people doing their family members that may not have their own credit card will need to use their own card. Please advise of any fix

Why am I receiving an error message when I try to pay with a credit card?
