What do you mean by "SS deducted"? You don't deduct Social Security benefits that you received.
What is the exact question in TurboTax that you are asking about? Read the questions carefully and enter exactly what each screen says to enter.
Are you asking about the screen that asks for the box 5 amount on each of your SSA-1099 forms for the prior year? Enter the amounts for both you and your wife, exactly as the screen says.
Or are you asking about the screen that asks for the taxable Social Security benefits on your tax return for the prior year? Enter the amount on Form 1040 line 6b on your tax return for the prior year.
