My wife is foreign born, with no SS#. Our child not born-USA and no established paternity so she has no SS# therefore I can not file as married. How do I file "SINGLE"?

In TurboTax Deluxe in the Personal Info tab select continue until get to the page Were you married then check the radio button No for the question Do you want to file this return with your spouse.  This will file your tax return as single.
