My wife and I filed jointly. However, when I log on to IDNotify, I am unable to add her information. Is the service only allotted for a single individual?

No, it is supposed to be for both filers if Married Filing Jointly, according to the TurboTax FAQ linked below.

Secondary tax filers are also covered under IDnotify as part of MAX Benefits. To enroll the secondary tax filer with IDnotify, follow these steps:

1. Contact TurboTax https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3300041
2. When you enter your question, enter Enroll spouse in MAX Benefits
3. The specialist will then be able to provide you with the steps to enroll the secondary tax filer
