My WA state license ID number is invalid on TurboTax

I'm on the "Additional ID verification" step and trying to enter my WA state license number. This ID number contains an asterisk and when I try to enter it I get an error message like "must be alphanumeric."

Here's an example WA licence (a fake one, not mine):

Notice how it contains two asterisks. This page describes why some WA license numbers may contain asterisks:

Can someone help me out here?

You can leave that blank.  We're aware of an issue where the "Additional ID verification" screen that asks for driver's license or state ID information, does not allow the asterisk (*).  To avoid this issue and file your return, leave the drivers license/state ID information blank. This information is not required for filing.
