Yes, you can e-file it now and wait for corrected one to be put in with your records.

Leave OR off as you cannot have an entry there without and entry in box 15 and 16. 

The corrected one, most likley will just have box 15 blank.

I stand corrected....box 16 does have stale wages in it.  Can I still file ?

Yes, you can always do the Federal regardless --but you really need that corrected otherwise OR will want a State return.

There are wages listed in box 16.  Does that matter on filing federal ?

I would still leave boxes for the State totally blank when you do the Federal return .
