Start with the Federal. The reason for the multiple copies is for individuals who mail their returns in rather than e-filing and a copy of the W2 is needed to go along with the mailed copy. In most cases all copies will have the same information however watch out for boxes 15-20 listing State withholding information when entering your state details.

A W-2 form is a multipart form:

  • Copy A goes to the Social Security Administration
  • Copy 1 is for the city, state, or locality
  • Copy B is for filing with the employee's federal tax return
  • Copy C is for the employee's records
  • Copy 2 is another copy for a city, state, or locality
  • Copy D is for the employer's records

Mine came back in one sheet of paper. Does that mean I have to cut it in order to attain these copies (separately) myself?

No, you don't need to separate the copies of your W-2 if you are Efiling.  Just save them for your records.

Here's the steps on How to Manually Enter a W-2.

Appreciate the response!

But I am filling tax physically, I mail the paper forms so I have to attach my W2. I just confused if I suppose to cut out my W2 since they came home in one sheet of paper with the same info/tables for 4 times (copy B, C, and 2 copy 2)

Yes, if you are mailing your returns, you will have to cut them apart and attach the appropriate copy to your Federal and State returns.
