My W2 for Wyoming does not list an Employer's State ID, they only collect FLI. TurboTax Desktop says this is required?

I have 2 W2s from one employer - one for work I did in Colorado, and one for work I did in Wyoming.  I was able to manually enter my Colorado W2 but there are two things I need help with for Wyoming.  First, the "Employer's state ID number" is blank - but TurboTax won't let me leave this blank.  How do I get around that?  Second, below box 17 (which reports 0.00 as WY does not have state income tax), there's a box with no number that says 4.71 - FLI.  Where do I enter that manually into TurboTax?  Thanks in advance!

Several  states do not have a state income tax.  So these states will not show up in certain drop down lists.   Leave boxes 15, 16, and 17 blank when you enter a W-2 for these states.

Alaska, Florida, Nevada, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington and Wyoming
