My Turbo Tax Deluxe CD will not load on my MacBook Pro. I get Error-36. This does not appear to be a hard drive issue. How can I get Turbo Tax loaded?

Since it is April 11th, I do not have time to return a faulty CD that I bought for $50.  What options do I have to get Turbo Tax working.

Start by setting up your TurboTax account if you don't already have one with us.

Then, contact us and a Support Representative will push a download into your TurboTax account (see below).

Once that's been done, simply sign in to My Downloads to download your TurboTax software.
