First of all, what tax year are you referring to?   A 2018 return or earlier?

You appear to be using Live Self-Employed.   That product includes live on-demand tax help from a CPA/EA tax pro, and a final review of your return, which they will sign.  It also includes continued tax help/advice during the year.

If this is a 2018 return, did you take advantage of your benefit and had a tax expert review your return prior to filing?   You get continued live tax help with that product, so you can speak to an expert and discuss your return.    This is a user community forum, and no one here can look at your return.

Here's more info on using the Live feature of your product:

if you actually paid 56K you should be able to submit documents to IRS proving that.  That's what the live agent will tell you.    so, after procuring documentation,   credit card statements, cancelled checks, W-2's. etc    write back to the IRS at address on notice saying they are wrong and that you did pay 56K .  also list documentation included   and amounts to support the 56K

such as

w_2 withholding    $40,000

check  # 266         $16,000  (front and back)

keep copies

mail to address in notice and get proof of delivery.
