My tax return review is asking for the "Capital Gains Wks". However, it is also asking for Line 14 Column i, which is the Exercise Price Paid Per Share. What is "Wks"?

My TurboTax review is asking for the "Capital Gains Wks", which I assume to mean the number of weeks I held the shares in the ESPP. However, it is also asking for Line 14 Column i, which is the Exercise Price Paid Per Share. (see screenshot) Is this field asking for the number of weeks the stocks were held, or the Exercise Price Paid Per Share?

"Wks" = "Worksheet" and TurboTax does nobody any favors by using odd-ball abbreviations in their program.  The worksheet is asking for exactly what the title says: per share exercise price.

What you're showing here is actually the "Employer Stock Transaction Worksheet" and that information should be provided off the Form 3922 as it deals with sale of stock acquired via an ESPP.
