My tax refund on turbo tax does not reflect the insurance refund I am suppose to get from form 8962. Is it suppose to show up as a tax refund or be a separate refund?

It gets added on to the total refund.

On your Form 1040, your Form 8962 refund (which comes from line 70, Schedule 5) is reported and added with the rest on line 17.
