My state return was rejected due to a Turbo Tax error. Turbo Tax took me though the process to amend it, but it hadn't been accepted yet. How do I start over?

Unfortunately, if you attempted to electronically file your amended income tax return, it will not be accepted. Amended returns cannot be e-filed, they must be mailed.
