My state e-file was rejected with code MI_ErrorHold_TY23R20, what does this mean?

I did the update and still same error. I will try again tomorrow morning March 1, 2024, and see if maybe there is another update and e-file Again. UGH. Not giving me any other reason for rejected. I have Premier Turbo Tax.
