@BoulderLEA you will have to paper file it.

what the IRS is saying is that another tax return that they already accepted has that same TIN.

Paper file it and they will figure it out.

Thank you! Sounds like a good plan.

Still, I'm confused why the IRS would reject an e-file, with TurboTax indicating a return had been preciously filed with the same TIN. However, the IRS specified in a letter dated yesterday they have no record of a processed tax return.
