My return get rejected many times, with code F8962-070

I following the instruction of Turbo Tax to fix it, but still get rejected again and again. Turbo Tax said the reason is my return has no 1095A but there is no way to enter it in 2022 Turbo Tax

What should I do?

You have to be using one of the TurboTax personal editions to be receiving that error code.

To enter your Form 1095-A -

• Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
• Click on Deductions and Credits
• Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
• Scroll down to Medical
• On Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A), click the start or update button

Or enter 1095-a in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1095-a
