My return always opens from the beginning

Every time I open my return the Turbotax program starts from the beginning. I can't open from where I left off as in others years. How can I do that? Thanks!

When you sign in, you should land on the Tax Home page. If this is not happening, you may be using a different ID to sign in with. Make sure you are signing in using the same user ID you have always used to file your returns. A different login credential may be stuck in the username field. Find out all the accounts you have created If you are using TurboTax Online, you should land on the Tax Home page when you sign in. See example below

Thanks you. I am using Turbotax Deluxe desktop--Mac. I only have one ID. So I really don't know what to do. When I open my return I always go to "Getting Started with Turbotax." No option to pick up where I left off. That was always available in previous years.
