My refunds will go towards back taxes. How do I indicate that on the Turbo Tax filing page? I don't see a option for that.

You do not have to indicate anywhere that you know your refund will be offset for back taxes. The IRS knows and will take care of it automatically. A few weeks later you will receive a letter from the IRS telling you that your refund was offset.
