My refund will be staying with the IRS, since I owe from previous tax years. Why should I be charged $39 for a refund processing fee?

Do not choose refund processing if you already know your refund is going to be seized.   Pay your TurboTax fees upfront with a credit card and avoid the mess that will ensue if you choose to pay from a refund you will not receive.    If you go ahead with refund processing, someday TT will just go into your bank account and take its fees from your account--even at a very inconvenient time.
