my recovery rebate got reduced

my recovery rebate got reduced to zero all i was doing was trying to get my recovery rebate.Now i get a letter from the IRS saying there was a mistake when there wasn't my second stimulus check got put on my card that got deactivated that why i had to do a recovery rebate what can i do please help

You can use the link below to access Form 3911 to report missing stimulus payments.

For the stimulus payments use EIP1 for the first payment and enter EIP2 for the second.

The form is for missing refunds, but used for missing stimulus payments as well.
