My question is I received my stimulus check for $1,200 but I did not receive the extra $1,000 for my two dependents that I filed on my income tax this year how can I get this done do the IRS I cannot

How can I get in touch with the IRS or someone that can help me with this in a timely manner I really need this dollars and dollars I have two children that I'm taking care of and I'm not able to work

IRS FAQ:

a letter about the Payment will be mailed to each recipient’s last known address within 15 days after the Payment is made. The letter will provide information on how the Payment was made and how to report any failure to receive the Payment.
