I did post my comment how turbo tax folks responded. I complained about my e file issues. They told me to get a token ID and I did. So far nothing!!!!!!

Dear CatinaT1

I would love to tell you the problems I am facing. However I have followed your company protocols and have talked to 5 staff members and about 30 hours of my time going thru hoops of voicemail prompts and talking to various people BEGGING them to help.

I have been using turbo tax software for the past 15 years. Although I had some issues each year with your company protocols and software, this year was the WORST.

How can you depend on your software when it takes my money to e-file and never let me e-file? How stupid it can be ?

I know you want to complete my tax return. The issue is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Your software is unreliable and I can understand sometimes there will be hick ups. But getting help to resolve is a JOKE. 

If you are a high level person, please contact me via my phone. I will explain everything in detail.

I am not sure whether I want to continue to use your software any more.
