You say "my one job" took no federal tax out.  That implies you had other jobs that did withhold federal tax.  You will have to enter ALL of your W-2's on the SAME tax return.  You will not know how it comes out until you have it all entered and let the software do the calculations for you.  Whether you owe or get a refund is based on the total amount of income you received and the tax liability you have for it, and the total amount of tax withheld from all of your income.

Going forward, if you have an employer who is not withholding federal tax or not withholding enough, change your W-4 with that employer.
