My name wasn’t changed at social security office when married but my license was. I was rejected by irs one file. If name is fixed with ss can I re-efile

Refile with the name on your social security card. After your return is processed change it with social security and use that name in the future.

You can try it.  You should file with the name that is on file with Social Security.  It is not going to hurt anything if your return gets rejected multiple times.
