Additionally, she was on a different plan in the last three months of the year. What percentages between Premium, SLCSP, and PTC is recommended? I don't want to accidentally get penalized on my taxes. Thank you.

You have to claim the remainder of what your mother claimed. For instance, if she claimed 40% then you have to claim 60% to make the total 100%.
