My License code doesn't work

I tried to log into Turbo Tax Business doesn't work. It says my License code has been used. I tried to call in and had to hold and then I was hung up on before I could talk to anyone. Anybody have an ideas?

Where did you buy it? There are some unauthorized places selling used License Codes. Like BigHomeTax and some sellers on Amazon.

the document number on the back of my drivers license is not working and says the first three characters must be entered. Same license used for the past 5 years
