My licence code does not work, keep getting invalid messages. how do I get it to work?

I purchased the 2024 Home& Business program from Costco. Despite multiple attempts and starting downloading again, I continue to get a "Licence code invalid" message. How do i fix this?

Since you didn't download the software directly from the TurboTax site, you should contact your retailer directly (Costco). The license code might be inactive or non-functional and they might have to either reimburse you or give you a new TurboTax Program.
