My income for 2017 was under estimated and now I ow back the subsidized credits. do I say that I was eligible all year for subsidized healthcare or none of the year. Do i calculate all health care premiums I paid as unsubsidized?

Did you mean your 2016 income? Enter the 1095-A information into TurboTax and the program will calculate the amount you need to pay back based on your actual 2016 income.
