My husband is a retired disabled police officer. Can he claim the retired public safety pension exclusion if his retirement is NOT taxed? My income is taxed. I have entered the insurance premiums and get the credit. I need to verify this is correct.

Unfortunately, the income exclusion is for his taxable retirement income and health insurance, not your income. Therefore, you would not be able to take the exclusion
