My girlfriend hasn't worked all year due to a cancer diagnosis. We've lived together 10 years can I claim her as a dependent?

She has no income and I pay all expenses.

If your GF has had less than $5050 of income (not counting any Social Security) and has lived with you all year, you can claim her as a dependent for the $500 credit for other dependents.
