Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.
Here are a couple FAQs to track your refund:
When will I get my federal tax refund?
How do I track my state refund?
Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"?
but I haven’t received any letter or information or what I should do.
Can you show us the bottom part of that message? What does it ask you to do?
Have you or anyone on your return had a recent name change?
No, any name change
What does it say when you look up your return on Where's My Refund?
When will I get my federal tax refund?
The first screenshot is from TurboTax. Is the second what comes up on Where's My Refund? No other information?
When I check into turbo tax to see “where’s my refund?” Show me a bottom of IRSreturn track, after I click it I have to put the SSN the year and the amount, after I do that it only show me :
I would contact the IRS at 800-829-1040 for more information.
