On the 1099-R the EIN should be under Payers TIN

All five of my 1099-R forms were rejected, and there is nothing wrong. Could it be a Turbo Tax software problem. This is very strange.
The IRS matches the EIN similar to individuals and dependents. The EIN must match the employer or payer name exactly as it is in the IRS database. You should double check your number and name entry (exactly as it appears on the Form 1099-R). If you typed the right letters and numbers then double check with the payer to see if they entered the correct name that is associated with the IRS database in the Payer box.
We are unaware of any issue related to this reject.

I'm having the same issue and I don't know how to fix it.
