My federal E-File is different from what the IRS shows i owe what do i do

federal efile was 2,263 but the irs saying i owe 2,345 why are these numbers not the same

Did the IRS add penalties and interest to the unpaid balance due ?

they did but it did not add up to the amount from turbo tax to irs
