My employer takes Out Medicare from my paycheck. Is this deductibles?

Medicare taxes that are withheld from your paychecks are not deductible. However, if you are paying for Medicare Insurance Premiums, then yes, those premiums are deductible on Schedule A as an Itemized Deduction.
