These two forms W-2 report different incomes. And you should enter them both individually on your tax return.
The IRS has copies of these forms W-2 and will match these against what you entered on your tax return.
Do you know why you got 2? I would ask the employer. Maybe one is corrected. Did you work 2 different jobs there or did your employer change their business name? Is the EIN in box b different?
