My email address was not entered on my CA tax return by TurboTax. Do I need to write it by hand?

I understand that I can only sign and date my CA tax return by hand. Other than that I shouldn't write anything. However my email address was not entered on this form by TurboTax. There is my phone number. Is my phone number enough or do I need to write by hand my email address?

While the email address is not required, if you are filing by mail it is OK to write it in by hand.

If you don't your return will still be processed as normal.
