My electronically filed return (correct version) doesn't match the one that I can now go back and download/print (which is an outdated version). How do I correct this?

The summary page from TurboTax correctly shows the latest return information and the correct tax amount.    However, when I select the download/print button, it prints an older version.   Example, TurboTax main page says "Congratulations, your return was accepted, tax due $2,XXX."     The printed version shows old information and a tax due of $4,XXX.   I want to make sure this is corrected, especially as the basis for next year's return.   I also want to be 100% sure that the correct $2,XXX version is what was filed.
