My downloaded copy of Turbo Tax for iMac will not open today.Is there a problem with my copy or with the Turbo Tax server?

I had an Update last week and everything was working fine

Can you please help us with more information so that we can help you with the fix. What is the current experience. After launching Turbotax does it quit immediately?

It would start to load then quit before opening up. Last week when I tried to open Turbo Tax it said new update available and then loaded correctly.  I assumed someone figured out the problem
