My dependent's SSN has been changed

My dependent has applied a new SSN. (last year is ITIN, this year, a new SSN is issued). But when Ifill the last year's AGI for submission, it rejected. Does that mean I need to fill 0 instead of the real AGI because IRS does not recognize it?

The IRS system might not be updated yet.  I would suggest you submit your return by mail.
