Is it possible that you thought you were getting a refund and entered your debit information for a deposit when in reality you owed tax due and they debited your account for tax you owed?     What does your account say about  who charged you?  Was it TurboTax?  The IRS?  Your state?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
