Unuseable in what way? What is the problem? E-filing is closed---so your return can only be filed by mail.

Why is it unusable? The fact you may have paid your taxes directly to the IRS online does not negate your requirement to file a tax return. At this point in time, you will have to print, sign and mail it to the IRS.
