My confirmation of my purchase seemed high and I looked at all the charges and it says “TURBOTAX ONLINE DELUXE TAX YEAR 2017 PREP” three times. Can someone assist me?

The first charge with “TURBOTAX ONLINE DELUXE TAX YEAR 2017 PREP” was $49.99 and the other two were $39.99.  Can those be taken off?

In your fees, it looks like you were charged $49.99 for Federal and $39.99 for the State of Tennesee and another $39.99 for the second State of Indiana. Per TurboTax Online Products page, state return is an additional fee per State. Please click the blue link that says "State Additional" under the Deluxe product.

It would not allow me to remove the State of Tennessee.  So is it possible to take that one off? The state does not have taxes.

I completely understand. Yes, but you will need to contact our Phone Support as they will need personal information to assist with this charge. Contact us on (800) 446-8848. Press 1 then Press 1 again. When the system comes on say "Account Charges" then you will be prompted to say/spell your email address and other information. Respond back if you have any issues. Thanks!
