This is mainly a user community forum--not a direct route to TurboTax Support--although we can tell you how to phone them on Monday, if necessary.    For your own privacy/security, please do not post personal info in the public forum; no telling who might try to contact you.

What kind of confirmation number?  Are you talking about a 6-digit verification code to log-in?

If so, and if you can't get the code by text message or email, then on that log-in screen there should be a tiny link near the bottom that says something like "I'd like to use another method."   And it will use other parameters to verify you.    Once logged in, click on MY ACCOUNT at the top then "Account Settings" and set up your log-in preferences, update email address, phone number for text, etc.

My confirmation number was sent to a phone that does not accept texts. Please send to [removed]

[phone number removed] is a landline. It cannot receive text messages. Please correct listing on my application. I am already a TurboTax client.
