My computer crashed. How do I download 2023 TT on new com

I have a brand new Dell desk top computer with Windows 11. I followed the links provided by Turbo Tax to download the 2023 TT online program. I got a message stating that TT was not "supported" by PC/Windows. What gives? I have used Windows now for over 35 years to download Turbo Tax programs.
