My CD will not load, tried several times. Running a Macbook Pro early 2011 with 17"screen, have used your products for over 10 years, Can you send another one?

Don't know what else to say except I have your product for many years with no problems, last two years ran fine

Call customer service Monday and request a download because of defective CD, which is better than the CD anyway since it contains the latest updates.   The CD would have to be updated anyway and for Mac an update is a 100% replacement of the software.   If you really want a cd then just burn the downloaded .dmg file to a CD yourself.

You can call Customer Support this way.

When asked to enter a question do not say "Refund" or you will get information about tax refunds, say "Billing Issue" or something else.

Numbers to call will only be available during business hours.
